PALIN MANIA

From the Pensacola News Journal:

Braving rain and wind, crowd of 10,000 rallies around McCain's running mate. The line of Sarah Palin fans on Tuesday stretched through downtown neighborhoods like an Alaskan pipeline.

Nearly 10,000 people, many carrying umbrellas buffeted by unrelenting rain and wind, stood patiently for as long as seven hours as they waited to enter the Pensacola Civic Center to see Republican Sen. John McCain's running mate.

...

Some wore T-shirts emblazoned with "Sarah-Cuda." Others held homemade signs proclaiming their allegiance: "Southern Belles For Palin,'' "Sarah Is Our Future.'' "Read My Lipstick.''
